Acceptance of Booking.

The deposit is 20% of the booking price, payable by UK bank transfer in GB Pounds, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment of final balance.

The balance of your account must be paid 8 weeks before arrival, or cash on arrival!

Last Minute Bookings.

In special circumstances, when last minute bookings are taken, the full amount of your total bill is due on booking or with cash on arrival, in most cases GB pounds.


Cancellation of Booking.

In order to safeguard your interests it is requested that all cancellations are noted in writing via email. Bookings cancelled on or before sixty days prior to your date of arrival will only incur the loss of the Deposit. Cancellation costs for any booking cancelled within forty two to sixty days of your proposed date of arrival will be charged at 50% of the full booking value. Cancellation within 42 days prior to your booked arrival date will be charged at 100% of your booking values. Please check your travel insurance policy for their
cancellation details as you may be able to re-claim your incurred loss, and a cancellation receipt will be emailed to you on request.
Alterations. Rights are reserved that if for any reasons out of our control i.e fire, explosion,etc.the accommodation booked by you cannot be provided, we will use all reasonable effort to offer the best possible alternatives. Full refunds will be made where there is not a possible alternative. LIABILITY can in no circumstances exceed the total amount paid by you for your villa booking.

Compensation.

If cancellation or change is brought about by Force Majeure, war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances , strikes, disaster, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, airport closure, alteration or cancellation of scheduled services. COMPENSATION of any kind will not be payable. In all such instances we advise you to contact your holiday insurance company.

Service and Price Guarantees.

As part of the commitment to quality customer service, it is guaranteed; there will be no surcharge to any of our accommodation charges. You will always pay what has been confirmed to you in writing at time of booking even if charges had to be increased at a later date and before your time of arrival. However we do reserve the right to vary our prices at any time without notice, it is therefore well advised to book your holiday well in advance in order to secure the best possible deal.
 
Failure of mains services at the properties, such as water, electricity or a disturbance in the vicinity can happen from time to time and every effort will be made to rectify this if it is within our control.

Theft, Loss or Damage.
 
All properties have excellent alarm systems. The onus is on you to make sure that your alarm has been activated before you go out. however should you experience a theft, loss, or damage to any of your personal property you are advised to contact me immediately, where I will act as translator to obtain a Police Report for your insurance. This will enable you to claim against your travel insurance.

Complaints Procedure.

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain about any aspects, the complaint should in the first instance be directed to me via telephone This will enable me to rectify things as quickly as possible. In the event of any legal disputes or claims for compensation, these will be dealt with solely under Spanish Law.
